Our quality of life is based on a multitude of factors, beginning with the manifestation of our most primal behaviors-our mindset and the use our free will. The stress of keeping up with the demands of everyday living can often appear as though our lives are out of control and that we are victims of our circumstances. Life events unfold in ways that sometimes seem beyond our control. We can however, choose the attitude by which we respond to these matters, and adopt
a philosophy by which we maintain the framework of our lives.
The energetic laws of attraction reveal that many of the circumstances we draw unto ourselves are a result of what we believe, feel and express. Like attracts like and therefore, we have a powerful opportunity to shift our thinking and feeling worlds in a positive manner to impact our lives and those around us, and to possibly affect the harmonic balance of the entire planet.
In order to positively shift your energy
field and your aging process, it's important to accept
complete responsibility for your present circumstances.
Your current state of health and the manner in which
you are aging largely represents a sum total of all
of your choices throughout the years. The good news
is that life itself is resilient. And your mind and
body are designed to regenerate at any age so long as
we keep these components active. The first step is to
"clean house" of the old debris that can be
dulling your "life force" and slowing this
process. Here are some core modifications that can yield
significant results.
Take a personal inventory. What is your current life story-the narration you have chosen to out-picture that is held responsible for the way your life has turned out? Chart a typical day in your everyday life. What are your daily rituals and habits?
What, if any, are the addictions in your life that are holding a part of you hostage?
What are your diet and exercise habits? How do you respond to circumstances outside of your control? How much time do you take for personal reflection and self improvement? Who and what are working in your life, and who and what are not?
Is there anyone you haven't forgiven, or anyone you
seek forgiveness from? What are your strengths and the
qualities you most like about yourself? How are you
letting people know about them?
Create a list
with 2 categories: "This Stays" and
"This Goes", then empower yourself to create
some solutions and redefine your life story. Focus on
your strengths! One by one, address every area in your
life that keeps you bound to the past. Clean up unhealthy
relationships. Let some of them go. Choose to align
with family, friends and co-workers who are healthy,
supportive and who mirror you in a positive way. Create
an action plan of lifestyle modifications and use positive
affirmations to fuel the implementation of your goals.
Be disciplined. Follow-through-after all, this is for
you! Place some of these affirmations in visible locations
in your home and office. Repeat and implement them until
they become your reality! Be as specific as you desire,
and have fun transforming your life!
