With a focus on cellular rejuvenation, Christina Fior, 52, has been a practitioner of yoga, fitness and integrative health therapies for over 30 years. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Theta Healing Practitioner, Shiatsu Therapist, and Licensed Esthetician--and has an extensive background in the development of preventative healthcare programs. During the 1980's, Christina served as Director of Marketing for a prominent Multi-Specialty Medical Group and as Assistant Program Director for the Whole Life Expo Los Angeles. For the last ten years she has worked extensively in the spa industry as an educational marketing consultant representing various skincare and food service products and has spent many years building her knowledge in the field of nutrition. Christina has authored numerous articles and is a contributing writer for the Santa Barbara Wellness Directory and the newly premiering national on-line Beauty Show Magazine.

Christina brings an added component to her holistic background as an experienced Handwriting Analyst, Hand Analyst and Intuitive Counselor. She strongly believes that lasting health and vitality begins with understanding one's current life patterns and life responses, and forging new neuropathways to shed destructive behaviors and empower the individual in making life-enhancing choices.
